Eight Months Old Today!

Ainsley and Campbell..looking very serious! it is hard to believe that eight months has passed already. They are both crawling quickly and as of Saturday were pulling themselves up on toys to try and stand. Campbell has been waving too!

Swinging Babies

The girls had their very first "swing" at Ayden and Josslyn's house on their new play set. Ainsley LOVED it.

She was in that swing for awhile and was prefectly content.

Campbell got her turn and found it to be just as much fun.

Lots of swinging and laughing- we had a great time playing. Thanks guys!

After escaping the rain

We got home and dried off because we were drenched from the downpour. Poor Ainsley was on my back as we ran to the car.

I love their little batgirl costumes.

And- Auntie Mo came to visit and she brought lunch.

A great day, a good friend, a sleeping toddler and two happy babies..perfect!

CarniFall

On this past rainy Saturday, Chuck went hunting and I took the kids to the library fall festival. The children were in costume and there were lots of great activities and games for Liam. he made some sand art in a bottle.

Ainsley watched the action from the front seat

Campbell had to take in the sites from the back.

Liam got to fish, shot basketballs, hit hockey pucks and play lots of other fun games. It was a great way to spend a Saturday.

Our Little Eel

We are very proud of our little guy. He just finished his first course as an eel level swimmer.

Here is our little Liam with his swim class.
He is the youngest one in the group and the only one that can't touch the bottom

He does very well with his PFD and has learned to float on his front and back on his own, as well as bobbing under water; he loves it!

Yay Liam! You will be swimming on your own in no time.

In diapers

When the girls are crawling around in their diapers they always seem to find each other and get all tangled up.

Reading

The girls love books but more to chew on than read right now. We still try to read stories before bed but it can be tricky holding both of them and a book and keeping it out of their grabby hands long enough to turn a page.

Happy in High Chairs

Campbell is always happy to sit and chew on her straps. She likes to hang out in the chair without the tray so she can grab her feet. She is very good at blocking me from snapping the tray in place with her little feet.

Ainsley is always watching Liam and Liam is always trying to entertain Ainsley. I am pretty sure he was shaking her high chair like a mad man here and she thought it was hilarious.

Liam's Lego Tower?

I think this might be a Daddy creation. I found this photo on the camera. With no clear evidence of a stool or ladder, there is no way Liam built this. I am sure they did it together though, right ;)

Museum of Science and Technology

We spent the day at the MOST for Chemistry Day. Liam had a lot of fun playing with all of the science toys.

He loved the Archimedes screw (filled with balls, not water). The girls loved watching all of the activity and their brother's excitement.

Liam shows me his Agregate Worm that he made.

He got to make his own crayons too! It was a great day to be at the MOST!
