Testing out mommy's chair

We took a trip to my biology classroom to pack up some things before summer school begins. Liam decided to test out the whole teacher thing.

He really enjoyed the keys that came with the job

It was only fun for about 10 minutes,

then he wanted to leave and play. He just wasn't ready for high school yet.

Liam's New Car

Liam has a new car that he can ride or push.

He can't seem to get it to go as fast as he would like
so he checks the compression in the cylinders.

He finds a quick fix:
"Hey Grady, you can pull me!"

Dog crate or dog?

Jake is my favorite dog but this crate door is fascinating.

I guess Jake doesn't feel the same.

Ring Toss

We have been spending a lot of time outdoors because it has been so hot. We tried to setup Liam's pool but only got as far as the rings when we realized we would have to do it manually, or rather-orally.

In the meantime, I played ring toss with Liam's head.

Breakfast with Jasper

We walked over to Jasper's this morning for some breakfast and playtime. Here is our wonderful host, Jasper.

It was a great get-together of neighbors:
Katie & Norah, Me & Liam, Elizabeth & Quinn and Debbie & Jasper.

I think they are getting Liam ready for a makeover. Norah is deciding on the best hairstyle and Quinn has new outfit in mind for Liam.

Baby Nola was born on June 7th. Liam can't wait to get to the west coast to meet her.
